Booking and Cancellation Policy

Internet Booking: The internet can be used to make bookings on the website from Al Harmain Tourism.

Reservation Modes: Other bookings can be either done over the phone or walk-in at our office.

Full Refund: This is when one is cancelling within agreed time before the day of the tour.

Partial Refund: This is when cancellation has to be made not so long before the date of an event, and specifics about it would be forwarded during booking.

Cancellation Fee: A small fee is charged to change and cancel events at the very last minute of the scheduled tour.

No-Show Policy: No refund is issued for any guest who fails to make an appearance on the day of the tour without first canceling it.
