Weather Conditions: Indoor facilities can be visited any time of the year. If you want to avoid the hot midday temperatures, then this place is ideal.
Safety Compliances: Following all instructions displayed and given by the staff for a safe experience. Not using flash as flash photography may disturb the animal. Viewers are not supposed to tap on the glass since doing so may irritate the aquatic animals.
Accessibility: Ramps are connected throughout the Aquarium, even in the tunnel and underwater zoo.

In Person: The bookings can be made in person too. For this purpose, our main office is located in Dubai, and it is operational from 9 am till 5 pm GST.
Full Refund: If cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the start time of the confirmed tour, a full refund will be given.
Partial Refund: Within 48 hours of tour date but prior to 24 hours there is a 50% cancellation fee.
No Refund: Less than 24 hours notice, prior to the tour date or failure to show up for the tour.
Changes: It is possible to change the date or time of a tour up until 24 hours prior to departure based on availability.
Children Alone: Children have to be above 12 years to enter without an accompanying adult.

Good times to visit the Dubai Aquarium include early morning from 9 AM onwards until 11 AM and in the late evening after 7 PM onwards. These periods are usually slightly less crowded, and you will be able to enjoy the tour experience a lot more.
Children between 3 and 12 years and senior citizens above 65 years have special discounted rates for the tour of the Dubai Aquarium. This attracts many families with children, as well as senior visitors during the tour.
The Dubai Aquarium is fully equipped with wheelchair-accessible facilities. Other services, upon request, include special entry lanes and personal assistance for the comfort and safety of the guest’s visit.
